LoveJam Oxford - Beltane Special

Join us to usher in Beltane, the celebration of the start of summer!

Known to many of you as MayDay, Beltane is the third festival in the Celtic Wheel of the Year - The halfway point between Ostara (Spring Equinox) and Litha (Summer Solstice).

Beltane marks the start of summer, or the height of spring. Its a festival to celebrate fertility, vitality, passion, and creative expression!

We will be gathering our incredible community at Friends Meeting House in the heart of Oxford on Friday 2nd May 2025 to celebrate this turning of the wheel together.

6.30pm - Doors Open

6.30 - 7pm - Crystal bowls soundscape with vocalisations from Michael, Elise and Kayleigh

7 - 7.30pm - Open mic hosted by Cathy

7.30 - 8pm - Medicine songs and open jam with Elise

8 - 8.30pm - Beltane ceremony with Kayleigh

8.30 - 9.30pm - Ecstatic dance with Olek

9.30 - 10pm - Sound healing journey with Michael

Our LoveJam Cafe will be open all evening serving delicious vegan food and snacks, herbal teas and ceremonial cacao.

LoveJam is a nationwide concious community building co creative platforms for self expression, positive transformation and sobriety. We value authentic self expression, radical acceptance and rejuvination over intoxication.

We are a not-for-profit CIC (community interest company) - we want to get into your hearts and minds, not your pockets! All ticket sales, entry donations and cafe takings go to paying our venues and renumirating our performers.
