IMPORTANT instructions (for November & December dates): due to a bug in Eventbrite, some clients might be shown incorrect session times for November and December dates. Times displayed might be 1:00 hour later when you select a date/time. But once the session is booked, it might then show the actual time as 1:00 hour earlier. Sorry for this confusion. They are trying to fix the issue ASAP. See workaround below.
Please email us at [email protected] when you receive your Eventbrite order confirmation and the session time listed is NOT what you expected. We can help you fix it afterwards.

Additional instructions/workaround: the first session of each day is 9:00am. If you are shown 10:00am as the first session on a day, that means you are affected by this Eventbrite bug. Please choose and book the time 1:00 hour later than your desire time. And you will end up booking the correct time. For example, if you want to book 9:30am on Nov 8. And Eventbrite shows times starting with 10:00am on Nov 8. Please book 10:30am for that day. And you will receive an order confirmation showing 9:30am (PT).
If you are shown 9:00am as the first session on a day, that means you are NOT affect by this bug and you can book a time normally.

We are super excited to host Christmas Mini Sessions at our Vancouver studio again this year!
Details:
Dates: Saturday, October 10th, Monday, October 12th, Saturday, October 24th, Saturday, November 7th, Sunday, November 8th, Wednesday, November 11th, Saturday, November 21st, Sunday, November 22nd, Saturday, November 28th, Sunday, November 29th, Saturday, December 5th, Sunday, December 6th, Saturday, December 12th, Sunday, December 13th.
Time start times: 9:00am to 12:30 (every 30 minutes) most days, subject to change.
Studio Location: 949 West 49th Avenue, Vancouver, BC
Mini session duration: 20 minutes
Cost: $268 + gst
Deposit: $50*
What's Included:
- 20 minutes in studio session
- One family (5 people max**)
- 8 professionally retouched photos plus all session photos!
- High quality online proofing and final galleries
- BONUS: Free mobile app!
- Print release for all photos
- ** 2 adults & 3 children; Children must be at least 6 months old. A 45 minute baby session is recommended for families with babies. Please contact us for more information.
- Additional participant or small pet add $20 each
- Additional retouched photos add $25 each
- Professional print products available at extra cost
Final retouched photos will be ready within 2 weeks after the session date.
Covid-19/cold/flu notes and refund policy:
Please stay home or request for rescheduling if anyone in your group is sick or consider wearing a mask. Thank you.
Sessions are scheduled 10 minutes apart to allow sufficient time between sessions.
Please arrive on time. Session time will not be extended due to late arrival.
*Deposit is non-refundable. A credit for future photography services or products may be issued at our discretion. We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
FAQ:
What happens after I purchase my ticket?
You will receive an email with your booking confirmation and a link to your invoice showing the deposit paid and the balance outstanding (please check junk or spam folder if you don't receive this email within 24 hours in your inbox).
Additional important info about your session will be emailed to you about 2 days before your session date. Please keep an eye out for this!
What is your refund policy?
*Deposit is non-refundable unless event is canceled by the organizer or due to Covid-19 restrictions. Otherwise we will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Sorry the deposit is non-refundable without an extenuating circumstance. A credit for future photography services or products may be issued at our discretion.
What should we wear?
Feel free to wear your favourite festive Christmas attire! Matching outfits are also very popular for families. Please be dressed in your photoshoot attire prior to arriving to maximize session time. However, a change room is available for use.
Can we change outfits?
Yes, you are welcome to change outfits in the change room. Just keep in mind the 20 minute session time limit.
What do this year's setups look like?
We change up the setups every year so you can always look forward to something new and exciting! The 2 setups for this year are: Winter Wonderland Christmas and Cozy Fireside Christmas. Some sample photos on posted this page. Please note setup details are subject to change without notice.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due on the day of your mini session photoshoot. We accept cash or e-transfer for the outstanding balance. For e-transfers, please send to [email protected].
What if we arrive late?
Please arrive on time to maximize session time. We cannot extend a session's duration due to a late arrival.
When will I receive the photos?
You will receive access to an online proofing gallery within 3 days after the session date. After selecting your favourite photos there, you will receive access to a gallery with your retouched photos within 7 to 10 days thereafter. You can download the hi-resolution image files from your online gallery. You can also share your photos via social media as well as purchase print products at additional cost directly from your gallery.
What is the bonus free mobile app?
The mobile app is a fantastic app for viewing and sharing your photos with friends and family. It can be installed on iOS and Android mobile devices.
Can I print my own photos?
Yes! You will receive a print release for your session photos. We do offer the option to purchase professional quality prints from your online gallery.
Will there be any surprises?
Yes! You can be sure there will be festive music and a special treat for the kids!
