The film explores a specific aspect of Dresden’s electronic music subculture: Ruhestörung im Kosmos – Büro Paul Fröhlich.
It tells the story of how spaces were discovered and brought to life, how acquaintances turned into close friendships, and how a non-commercial space for creative expression was created—one that is self-organized and open to everyone.
Born out of the idealism of the Fusion Festival, a very special little electronic subculture family emerged in Dresden that lives on to this day—and despite growing challenges, the idealism of non-commercial free spaces and event venues for everyone is to be passed on to future generations.
