Whether you have a period, are going through perimenopause, or fall anywhere else in the cycle of your womb, come find community and fall back in love with your cycle again. The cycle of our womb and our lives are innately complex. Come celebrate what makes us different in our hormonal cycle and cycle of life. This workshop will go over the different energies that happen in our womb throughout our lives, including puberty, having a period, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and the completion of the cycle. You will also get a brief lesson in the different hormonal changes that occur in the body including learning about the 4 phases of the menstrual cycle, the changes of your body in menopause, and more. Guest Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Naomi Dillon will discuss the importance of the pelvic floor and how to care for it.
THIS WORKSHOP IS NOT SPECIFIC FOR ONLY WOMEN WHO HAVE A PERIOD.
