Love Your Body is a gentle, nurturing four-week yoga series designed to help you rebuild trust with your body and soften the way you relate to yourself.This is not a class about pushing, fixing, or striving. It’s a practice of listening — learning to feel what your body needs, moment by moment, and responding with compassion rather than criticism.
Each week we’ll move through slow, supportive sequences that blend gentle flow, restorative postures, and yin-inspired holds. Breathwork and quiet pauses are woven throughout to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for deeper awareness.
Themes across the series include:
Body respect and self-acceptance
Releasing comparison and inner pressure
Rebuilding trust and safety in the body
Honoring your body through changing seasons of life

No prior yoga experience is needed. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or “good” at yoga — just willing to arrive as you are.
