• Create your own handmade sugar scrubs
• Develop a personalized self-care plan
• Hear from a guest speaker sharing practical tips for practicing self-love and care
• Celebrate sisterhood and community while enjoying light snacks, sweet treats, games, prizes, and gift bags to take home.

This event is open to new and expecting Black mothers, including those up to one year postpartum.
