Community Cookout Celebration| 11:30am-12:30pm
Location: Multiple Starting Locations!
Community Cookout Celebration will be held at Lime Hollow’s Education Center Campus at 3277 Gracie Road, Cortland, NY
Join us for Lime Hollow’s annual stewardship workday complete with projects for people of all ages and abilities and a celebration to thank everyone for their hard work and commitment to the natural beauty of the Lime Hollow Nature Center!
The day will start with a variety of service projects from 9:30-11:30 including invasive plant removal, native tree planting, mulching trails, tree potting, and seed starting!
Once everyone has worked up an appetite, stay for a community cookout celebration.
Possible projects could include:
Trail Beautification (Medium Intensity | All Ages)
Spring Refresh - Gardening, Seeding, Mulching (Easy/Medium Intensity | All Ages)
Habitat Restoration- Bareroot Tree Potting (Easy-Medium Intensity | All Ages)
Habitat Restoration- Invasive Plant Removal (Medium -Difficult Intensity)
