Love, Unfiltered is an intimate, communal dining experience that explores connection through flavor, texture, and shared moments. Hosted on the rooftop at The Eden, the evening brings together thoughtfully curated dishes by Chef Gabi Chappel, guided wine pairings, and sweeping coastal views from the Santa Monica Pier to Malibu and beyond.

The multi-course menu is rooted in seasonality and balance, unfolding slowly and sensually — bright citrus against silky burrata, warm spices layered over tender proteins, dark chocolate melting into late-evening conversation. Each course is designed to awaken the senses: to be tasted deliberately, passed across the table, and savored in good company.

The atmosphere is elevated yet relaxed — candlelight, ocean air, music humming in the background — inviting guests to settle in, indulge, and linger.

About Chef Gabi

Chef Gabrielle “Gabi” Chappel is a Los Angeles–based seasonal chef and educator focused on approachable, nourishing cooking rooted in what’s available year-round. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education’s Health Supportive Culinary Arts program, she works across culinary education, recipe development, catering, and private cheffing. Gabi is a familiar face on Epicurious’s 4 Levels and Pro vs. Novice, and was named the Season 3 winner of Next Level Chef. She continues her culinary journey on Bite’s upcoming series, Gabi’s Next Course.

The curated menu experience is $111.11 per guest, exclusive of applicable tax and an 18% service charge.

With tax and service included, the estimated total per guest will be approximately $142.50.

A $40 deposit secures your seat at the table, with the remaining balance settled on-site the evening of the dinner.
