Love to Move

Love to Move was developed by the British Gymnastics Foundation, and it is the UK’s leading cognitive enhancement exercise program that uses music and movement to help improve memory, balance and coordination. It is specifically engineered to support older adults, particularly those living with dementia, Parkinson’s, and other cognitive challenges.
The program is built upon the principles of bilateral asymmetrical movement. By requiring the left and right sides of the brain to process different movements simultaneously, the exercises stimulate underused neural pathways. This unique approach goes beyond standard physical activity, functioning as a "workout for the brain" that encourages neuroplasticity.
