Christmas is all about giving to loved ones, and a great gift to receive is something homemade and even better edible! Master the techniques of tempering chocolate and using moulds, and enjoy a day in the kitchen filled with the aromas of candied fruit and chocolate. You will leave us with a bundle of yumminess and the knowledge and confidence to re-create all you have learnt in your own kitchen where you can pop your Season apron back on, and follow the recipes you will take home with you. There’s only so much sweet food you can eat in one day, so light snacks will also be provided at lunchtime.
