The Town of Greenwood is coming together with Louisiana for "Love the Boot Week", which is Louisiana's largest litter removal and beautification effort. Citizens, volunteers, and law enforcement within the town along with town leaders, are volunteering their time on April 18th, beginning at 7am to complete a huge clean-up effort of the town. We will meet at 7am at William Peter's Town Park (9360 Greenwood Road) to sign in and divide into groups. We will begin at 7:30am and work until noon. After, there will be a fellowship with food and gift cards/door prize opportunities at William Peter's Town Park. Please support and volunteer with us as a community who cares for and takes pride in their town, and wants Greenwood to be a great place to live.
*In the event there is bad weather on the 18th, we will move the cleanup to the 25th -Same time and Place.*
