Love, Restore & Paws - Puppy Yoga

Join us at Restore Hyper Wellness Lubbock for a special 75-minute Restore Yoga experience benefiting the Lubbock Animal Shelter (LAS).

This all-levels class is designed to help you relax, reset, and move with intention in a welcoming, supportive environment. Even more special, adoptable dogs from the Lubbock Animal Shelter will be joining us for yoga, making this a heartwarming experience you won’t forget.

All proceeds from this event will go directly toward supporting local shelter animals. Guests are also encouraged to bring dog food or other donation items to further give back.

We will provide all yoga props, just bring yourself, a mat if you prefer your own, and a love for animals.

Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate. We can’t wait to flow with you for a cause! 🐾
