Love of Lectura ❤️ w/ Dr. Lydia Otero

Join Pima County Supervisor Andrés Cano for the next Love of Lectura gathering featuring Dr. Lydia Otero's latest book, Storied Property: María Cordova's Casa. This free community event will include light refreshments and an evening of reading, conversation, and reflection rooted in Tucson's history.

Dr. Otero, born and raised in Tucson, is an author whose work examines the intersections of place, power, and identity. "Storied Property: María Cordova’s Casa" follows how one Tucson adobe home became a site of conflict over ownership, displacement, and historical authority during urban renewal.

This event is free and open to the public; registration is required.
