This circle is an invitation to love all parts of ourselves through a heart opening Cacao Ceremony and Sensual Embodiment activation. This class is about feeling good in your skin, letting go of inhibitions, and celebrating your sensuality in a supportive, safe space.
Due to the nature of this event, we ask that only Women Identifying individuals register and attend this class ❤️🙏🏼 Thank you for understanding.
A Cacao Ceremony asks us to connect with our desires, invites us to slow down, and serves as a conduit for connection with ourselves and others. We will sit in a circle, get to know each other, and set clear intentions and expectations for our time together. Cacao is a gentle plant medicine which will be served in a warm cup, infused with herbs, tahini, and agave. Cacao grows in tropical environments, and Ceremonial Cacao is made by hand, with intention to be served as medicine. A variety of health benefits await in this cup, along with its uplifting effects.
Following our connection circle we will lead into a Sensual Embodiment Activation with Intimacy Coach Macey Minor. As women, we hold a portal to creative energy, which is often blocked by limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and stagnancy.
We will peel back these layers throughout this in depth workshop on somatic movement and how it relates to creative flow, and manifesting our desires.
You will learn to love your body right where it’s at, through partner work, sensual movement, mirror work, and somatic dance.
To prepare for this journey you are invited to dress in lingerie, or anything clothing that makes you feel beautiful, and maybe a little edgy. If this feels a little out of your comfort zone, that space right where you will find growth. This class is designed to push your edge, but absolutely everything is optional.
The movement room at Innerspace space will be secured and private during this event, and we will be offering a safe space to be seen and supported by your sisters. We ask that all attendees offer a jacket of approval for each other and respect anonymity of all that is shared in this space.
