Love is LOVE. No matter who you love. Even if that love doesn't fall in the realms of our heteronormative society. This class is for ALL types of love. EveryBODY is welcomed in this all inclusive self healing community. In honor of PRIDE month, we will gather to celebrate how love has no boundaries through the practice of yoga. Dropping into our bodies and loving all that we are through movement, breath, and meditation followed by a sacred support circle. In this compassionate container you can share personal experiences, fears, and hopes as we hold space for one another's expression of love. In recent years the LGBTQIA+ community has been politically targeted and are having their rights infringed upon in many states, most publicized in Florida. Basic human rights have been taken away and people's lives are in danger. The purpose of this class is to benefit those who are being unjustly targeted so that we can show our endless love and support to those who really need it in this moment.
100% of proceeds to benefit the LGBTQIA+ community.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
