Join us for a cozy and connective evening of movement, relaxation, and partner-based stretching in our Gentle Partner Thai & Hammock Class. Perfect for couples, friends, or any dynamic duo looking to unwind together.This unique class blends gentle partner-assisted Thai techniques with the support of aerial hammocks to deepen your stretch, improve circulation, and cultivate trust and relaxation. Expect grounding breath work, mindful movement, and lots of nurturing hands-on connection. No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.
Whether you're looking to connect with your partner in a new way, or just enjoy a peaceful hour of supported stretching, this is the perfect evening wind-down.
