Welcome to Conscious Conversations, a donations-based, non-movement-focused community builder open to all, held one Saturday a month from 115-215p.Do you want to cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, connect with like-spirited community members, and learn something along the way? At this monthly gathering, you can expect:

An educational or conversational topic around spirituality, yoga philosophy, and supportive practices
A safe, welcoming environment to practice svadhyaya (self-study)

Sensory experience expectations: this event will include soft music and conversation; lighting will be soft and natural; no incense or candles will be burned at this event.
