As we move forward, we will open ourselves to what unfolds in us.
We will connect with the essence of each rhythm, allowing us to experience only the purest truths.
Our vulnerable souls are eager to be recognized.
Welcome to this moment in your life.
Love is the essence of everything; it is the core of our existence, the one true necessity we all seek. Even more, we are one in love. And we can meet it inwardly in ourselves. We don’t have to search for it outwardly.
Every interaction, every moment, longs for love. Our fears, anger, insecurities, sadness, grief, and even our physical forms, all our cells – everything wants to move in love!
When we run from our fears, anger, sorrow, and grief, we only invite deeper enquiries within ourselves.
Yes, you know too when we approach our fears and sorrow with compassion and love, a gentle transformation occurs within us.
When we embrace our fears with love and tenderness, something within begins to soften.
You know it; it all begins with love, so let's experience this all together to embrace ourselves, with all our emotions and with all our senses? No matter if you are ready or not, you are welcome just as you are to immerse yourself in a sea of love. Yes, all together.

To reconnect with your natural inner flow, your inner fire. Both elements are needed to transform our inner chaos into light.
In this field you have the space to listen to your heart and body to transform your body shapes easily in new creative shapes.
We dance two waves. In the first one I guide you through the qualities of each rhythm.
With the purpose to move easily and free.
Cause when we feel, we heal.
You are very welcome just as you are! Alone or with a friend, old or young, with dance experience or not. Your dance matters.
