This is not a self-love talk. It’s three hours together where we practice love as an actual skill. Not the fluffy kind. The real kind you can use when life is lifeing.If you’ve been feeling a little flat, a little disconnected, a little like you’ve been pushing through, this is for you. You’ll leave feeling softer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more like yourself again. The kind of grounded that makes the rest of your week feel easier.
We’ll do some simple practices that help you come back to yourself, we’ll move in a way that feels good and wakes you up from the inside, and we’ll write some love letters. One to you. One to your life. And a few tiny, anonymous notes for strangers.
Because something changes when you put kindness into motion. After the event, you’ll be invited to leave your notes around the city: on a park bench, in a library book, on a community board, anywhere someone might need a soft moment. Nothing big. Nothing performative. Just a small ripple of love out in the wild.
We’ll end with deep rest through a self compassion yoga nidra and sound healing so everything you touch during the night has a chance to actually land.
What we’ll do:
Practice a few self love skills you can use in real life (especially when you’re stressed or running on empty)
Move and reconnect to aliveness through sensation and somatic practices
Write love letters to yourself and your life, plus a few anonymous notes for strangers to leave around the city
You can come exactly as you are. You don’t need to be in a certain mood. You don’t need to be “good at self-love.” This is practice. That’s the whole point. The movements we will be doing will be accessible to everyone, no need to worry about that.
