We like to think of February as a reminder of the importance of sharing love and connection with those in our lives. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, oftentimes we sacrifice quality time with our favorite people. Kristin has designed a workshop dedicated to strengthening your connection to your partner through a celebration of light-hearted partner yoga poses, supportive breathing exercises, a guided heart opening meditation and reflections through reminiscing on life's beautiful memories and envisioning our future hopes and dreams. Throughout the workshop you will be reminded of the importance of taking good care of yourself so you can in turn take good care of your partner in your own unique way. This is a time to release old frustrations or judgements and lean into cooperation, communication and take actions towards expressing your truest desires. Watch as your connection strengthens and your incredible bond flourishes! We will enjoy chocolate and a glass of bubbly to celebrate our honest and intentional efforts towards showing up as our best selves for the people we love most!
