Join the Flow State on our 2-Day Workshop of nourishing conversations, liberated movement, supported healing, and the creation of your very own Self-Made Poem in a frame.During the love month of February, we want to offer a special event for individuals seeking offerings that will nourish and pour love into oneself. Allow yourself to be held, cared for, guided, and nourished. Allow yourself the space to recharge and to fill your cup into an overflow. To remind you of who you are: a beautiful sacred being that illuminates love for all who are in your presence; a powerful being that illuminates love to oneself.
This is your opportunity to write a love poem to You:
Session one:
Knowledge offerings and conversations on "Love" in it's expanded form
Guided Liberated movement (beginner friendly)
Self-Love guided activities
Reflection and carved out time to draft poem
Session two
Create Self-Made poem in a frame
Optional Share
Gentle Energy Cleansing will be facilitated for both sessions.
