It will begin with the ancient practice of Sanskrit mantra chanting, designed to center the mind and create the frequency of love within your being. It will close with a blissful bath of overtones from Tibetan bowls and a 38-inch gong. This unique pairing of Japa mantra and sound healing instruments is designed to raise your vibration to align with the highest states of love and compassion. Come solo with the intention to connect more deeply with your Self. Or bring a bestie or romantic partner if you're looking for a way to connect on a deeper and more purposeful level. This evening will envelop you in a cocoon of warm love and inner peace.
Prepare to:
Chant a powerful ancient Sanskrit mantra that taps into the frequency of love 108 times
Lay down with a bolster and blankets after chanting and rest in stillness while you're bathed in a sonic landscape created by Tibetan bowls and gongs
Leave feeling connected, and embraced by the frequency love
Bolsters and yoga blankets will be provided.
