L♡VE CELEBRATION 💗
11th of July, 18.00-21.00 (+a cozy community hangout afterwards, if that feels soft to you).
This will be our third L♡VE CELEBRATION together, and I want to tell you, how truly grateful, I feel, to walk this path of coming home together. 🌹
This evening will be with the flavours of softness, love without borders, gentle and energetic touch. I see pink roses for my inner sight, soft cacao made with herbal tea and rose water, heart to heart connection, slow breaths and cozy cuddles.
WHAT’S GOING TO UNFOLD?
During this evening, you will be guided through a ceremonial opening with the sacred medicin of the heart; ceremonial cacao. To increase the receptivity of your body and heart. To increase blood flow. To open up your senses. And to connect with yourself first and foremost.
After a small cacao ceremony, we will dive into connection with others through tantric embodiment exercises. We are going to do different Somatic Safety exercises, guided movement and Primal Play, which is a beautiful practice of inviting the different parts of us to play through the mirror of someone else.
At the end of the evening, we will gather for a group harvest and soft landing. Afterwards you are invited to stay for a cozy community hangout with light, healthy snacks, talks and cuddles. 🫶🏽
