About this Event

Join the Neuroplasticity Alliance for an in-person Book Club discussion in Louisville — real conversations about brain health, neuroscience, and what it means to recover and grow.

We meet every other Thursday, 7–8 PM, at Starbucks on Prospect (Hwy 42). Each session covers one section of our current book, breaking the material into focused, manageable discussions so the ideas actually stick.

📖 WE'RE STARTING WITH: Good Anxiety by Dr. Wendy Suzuki

Dr. Wendy Suzuki is a Professor of Neural Science at NYU and one of the world's leading experts on neuroplasticity. In Good Anxiety, she makes the case that anxiety isn't something to eliminate — it's a survival mechanism that, when understood correctly, can sharpen focus, build resilience, and even fuel creativity.
