The LSU AgCenter invites you to attend the Louisiana Homesteader Conference on Friday, October 17 and Saturday, October 18 at the Red River Research Station in Bossier City, LA. Admission is free. Learn about homesteading, food production and food preservation for backyards and small acreage. Topics include poultry production, backyard rabbits, rising meat and milk goats, small-scale beef production, meat processing, vegetable gardening, fruit trees and more.
