Join us on a special evening dedicated to mothers to come and nourish your energy and fill up your cup. We'll start with a transformational breathwork session with Brielle as a space to let your emotions release and you be the ONE being held, as you let go of the daily stressors of motherhood. After breathwork, you will have a 45 min restorative yoga class with Tuscany to BE, receive and rest without having to DO anything productive. Come be held in a space, connect with other mommas with compassion and connection.
