We will be at Southampton parkrun on 7th February 2026 to raise awareness of 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer. Look for our blue hoodies and t-shirts - we'll be waiting by the Hawthorns Urban Wildlife Centre, The Common, Southampton SO15 7NN.
Our groups meet at parkruns around the UK and Ireland on the last Saturday of every month. We provide a supportive, no-pressure environment for anybody who is, or has been, affected by cancer in any way. Enjoy a walk and a chat, a jog or a run - do the full 5k, just a part, or sit and spectate. We reconvene in a local cafe afterwards for refreshments.
