Losing a spouse is one of life’s most difficult experiences. You’re not alone. Join us for a one-time, 2-hour grief support session designed to offer comfort, understanding, and connection with others who are walking a similar path.
During this session, participants will:
• Receive a helpful guide to support their grief journey
• Watch a 30-minute video offering insight and encouragement
• Have the opportunity (if they wish) to share personal reflections, thoughts, and stories in a safe, supportive space
