Sealed RCQ (Regional Championship Qualifier) rules for Magic: The Gathering involve opening a set number of booster packs in this case 6 Lorwyn Eclipsed Booster Packs, building a minimum 40-card deck with those cards plus basic lands, registering your decklist, and playing Swiss rounds, with a mandatory Top 8 booster draft for elimination rounds if the event has more than 8 players.
