Following the sell out No Joy show, promoted by this page, at Chelmsford's Hot Box, Even Butterflies Make A Sound is delighted to present Lorelle Meets The Obsolete, a garage and psychedelic rock project from Guadalajara, México.Soho Riots, the first band of Lorelle, aka Lorena Quintanilla (guitar, vocals, bass guitar) and The Obsolete aka Alberto González (drums, guitar, bass guitar), dissolved in the early 2010s and since then their sound has developed from traditional psychedelia and has taken in more synths, sparse dub and industrial rock.
