Become an official Lord of the Pies just in time for Turkey Time! In this Pie Workshop you will be learning the tips and tricks to make your Pies stand out from the rest. Students will be learning:How to make a flakey crust
Create latices and designs in your crust
Keep crust from going soggy during baking
Make a successful custard that doesn’t break
Keep fruit fillings firm (no oozing and weeping)
Make a crumb refrigerator pie
Learn flavor combinations
Make a Pumpkin pie from a roasted Pumpkin

This workshop has a materials fee of $40 included in the cost of the registration. This workshop happens at Frog Belly Farm, 173 Wyman Road in Keene
