For over 15 years, she owned Casa Pilates, a boutique studio certified under the prestigious Romana Kryzanowska's Pilates, known for its authenticity and rigor. Romana, the protégé of Joseph Pilates, dedicated her life to preserving his method, and Elvy carries that same commitment to delivering the highest quality Pilates instruction. She's a featured Teacher for the renowned Pilates membership platform Pilatesology and continues to train and evolve her practice by participating in workshops with master teachers worldwide.
