Join us every month for a free guided walk along the Rivanna Trail. Each month we will walk a different section, usually around 5-6 total miles.
This month we are going to walk a 3-mile section of the RTF River North Trail. This trail branches off the RTF Main Loop trail near Megan Court and heads up along the Rivanna River through Penn Park, Dunlora and Belvedere.
For this walk we are going to explore the main trail and a new spur trail to form a loop and stay in the park. This section is moderate to easy and there are no creek crossings. Check the weather report and make sure to dress appropriately. Registration is not required and everyone is welcome!
