The triathlon includes a 3.2 mile trail run, 11 mile bike ride, and 3.5 mile kayak with the race beginning and ending at Loopy’s Bar and Grill. Participants can compete individually or form teams for the triathlon. All skill levels, ages, and families are welcome to participate! Even if you just want to take a leisurely walk for the 5K, you can do that! All proceeds benefit the Lori Kleich Endowment Fund for natural & alternative cancer care for mind, body & soul.
