Jesus is the burden bearer for those who are ready to drop their burdens.
Life itself is a burden but will be light for those that trust in the Lord.
Trusting in the Lord will make you pray more and complain less.
Hope you still trust His promises despite the ups and downs!
See, the only way to have peace is let go of worries. I'm talking from experience it is not always easy but you can trust the Masterplanner (JESUS).
The tough don't/won't go back when the journey gets tough, just keep trusting the Lord. Believe everything will be alright.
For everything happen together for good to them that love God. There is a reason for that phase.

Only, that you don't need to be too anxious. Anything can happen if you are too anxious...before you know it, evil thought will set in and that may lead to depression.
