Lonjevity: Reset & Attunement with Josiah Batson, a Rebirth Center Event
About this Event
Step out of the noise. Reconnect with yourself. Stay for connection around the table and the fire.
Join Josiah “Lonj” Batson at Rebirth Center for Lonjevity: Reset & Attunement—an evening of immersive sound, guided meditation, personal exploration and community.
Through headphones provided for the experience, Josiah will guide you on an auditory journey using his voice, music and vibrational sound. You’ll be invited to turn your attention inward, explore familiar patterns and make space for stillness, expression and renewed intention.
Following the main experience, we’ll gather for a potluck dinner and bonfire—an opportunity to reflect, share a meal and connect with others in the welcoming setting of Rebirth.
Each guest should bring a shareable dish with enough to serve up to 10 people.
The Reset & Attunement experience
At the heart of the evening is a guided, approximately 90-minute headphone experience combining:
- Voice, music and immersive sound
- Guided meditation and inward reflection
- Opportunities for movement and vocal expression
- Space to explore personal intentions and familiar patterns
Much of the guided journey takes place lying down. At different points, Josiah may invite you to move, use your voice or actively participate. You are encouraged to honor your comfort level throughout.
No prior meditation experience is necessary. Come with curiosity and a willingness to give yourself time and attention.
