Longevity Rave x The JoyScore Experiment | 45 London
About this Event
Are you ready for the healthiest high of your life?
London, we’re back at Studio 45 at 45 London for another evening of dancing, joy and celebrating life — and this one is special: you can be part of the science behind it all.
The JoyScore Experiment is our open-science study exploring how joy, movement, music and human connection shape the way we feel.
Come and be part of it.
From 16:30, we’ll share a short introduction to JoyScore over drinks. If you’d like to take part, simply scan a QR code and tell us how joyful, energised, connected, calm and stressed you feel — then check in again after you’ve danced.
It’s your own self-reported experience, not a medical measure, and a simple way to help us explore what happens when people come together through music and movement.
Curious to go deeper? Visit our JoyScore corner and sign up to take part in our 3-month London study.
Then, from 17:00, the dancefloor takes over.
Expect a room full of every generation: first-time ravers and lifelong dancers, friends, families and strangers who might be friends by the end of the night.
No dress code. No rules on how to move. Just come as you are.
Leading the night are Longevity Rave founders and — two DJs from different generations who met on a London dancefloor. They’re joined by and of Berlin collective , bringing their own grooves to London.
Want to start moving even earlier? Join us from 15:30 for mat Pilates with , accompanied by a live DJ set, then stay for the JoyScore intro and rave.
