Longest Table Los Feliz

Welcome to the first ever Longest Table in Los Feliz! We are so excited to bring the community together for a fun afternoon of sharing food and laughs! This is free to attend, however, you must BRING YOUR OWN FOOD. This is a potluck style event meaning you should make enough to share with 8-16 people (1-2 tables). Bring your own plate, utensils, napkins, cups, drinks and even a table cloth! Imagine you're going to a picnic and plan to bring everything you need.

WHAT WE ARE PROVIDING:

- tables and chairs

- porta potties and hand washing stations.

The entire street of Finely will be blocked off between Vermont and Hillhurst. Street parking is available in surrounding neighborhoods but will be limited - consider taking public transportation or ride share drop off.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO SUPPORT:

- Be a table captain. You host one or two tables of 8 to 16 people. Either you manage your own guests or we will assign you guests who registered, then you reach out and introduce yourself, and you theme the table however you like. You bring the tablecloth and place settings, your guests each bring a dish, and you coordinate who brings what so the meal comes together. It's the best seat in the house.

- Sponsor the event. There are many costs involved to host an event like this including city fees and permits, insurance ($400), porta potties ($750), water barriers to close off the street, etc. We are asking for community support from individuals and businesses who want to contribute financially. As an incentive, we are putting together a sponsorship card that will be on every table to recognize our sponsors as well as recognition on our social media and physical marketing flyers.
