About this Event
Long (ish) run, long ferment
For September & October, Altogether Otherwise's theme is moving and shaking.
So, to contribute to the celebration we thought how about we combine running & fermenting.
This is the plan.
Monday 15 September - gather at AO (spaces limited to 20) to kick off a kimchi then head out for a long-ish (10km run).
Monday 10 November - Return to AO with our now-matured kimchi, go for another long ish run, then join AO's Monday night cooking club to make a Kimchi-themed dinner.
