🏃♀️ Sunday Long Run #1 — Let’s Go! 🏃♂️Start time: 5:00 am
Start/finish location: Seaview Hotel, The Strand
This week we’ve got two great options:
1️⃣ Road Long Run – 20 km
Led by Miranda and Mikayla

How the long runs work 💡
Both groups start at 5 am, then everyone runs at their own pace, no waiting needed.
You can load the route onto your watch or phone so you can follow along easily. (follow the link and select export GPX if you want to load it on your watch!).
Choose the distance that suits you best on the day.
We’ll all regroup at the end back at Juliette's for a post-run catch-up (and coffee ☕).
