Long Island Select Healthcare $2.3M Grant Announcement

Long Island Select Healthcare invites you to a special press conference announcing a $2,338,753 grant award from the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).

The Eastern Suffolk Integrated Healthcare Access Expansion will fund critical improvements to our Riverhead location and launch a new mobile healthcare unit, dramatically expanding access to comprehensive healthcare across Eastern Suffolk County.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center serving more than 8,500 patients annually, Long Island Select Healthcare provides integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services — with deep expertise serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What to expect: Remarks from Long Island Select Healthcare CEO Aaron Clark, PharmD, alongside OPWDD Commissioner Willow Baer, clinical leadership, and patient and caregiver voices sharing how expanded access will transform care in our community.

Light breakfast will be served at 9:30 AM. The program begins promptly at 10:00 AM and will be followed by media Q&A and an opportunity to view renderings of the expanded Riverhead facility and mobile unit.
