London workshops with Catherine Idalia

Combos to Go! | 2:30-4pm
Piping hot combos ready for you to take away and perform! We’ll learn two short-but-sweet combos and discover how different they feel danced to different music. The combos can easily slot into a choreography or improvisation.
In the process, we’ll train our ears to catch the beat and the rhythm of songs as we hear them for the first time. We’ll also consider how to add your own flavour to the combos, by changing timing, dynamics and expression.
Lucky Dip! | 4-5:30pm
Teacher's choice! I pick the workshop topic, you find out what it is when you get here. I can guarantee three things - that it will be accessible (no crazy floorwork or anything like that), that you'll learn a lot, and that it will be fun!
