London Night Hike 2024 (Royal Marsden)

You're invited to our iconic night walk along the River Thames, to support everyone living with cancer

Our sell-out event, the London Night Hike is back this year, taking place on Friday 27 September!

Starting from Maggie’s West London, you will head out on either a 10-mile or 18-20-mile route, to Maggie’s Barts, on a picturesque river route. Key landmarks on the route include Battersea Power Station, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and St Paul’s Cathedral.

Option 1 - 10 miles (approximate)

Time: 6.30pm arrival for 7pm start, 6.45pm arrival for 7.15pm start, 7pm arrival for 7.30pm start.

Route: One way (Maggie’s West London – Maggie’s Barts)

£150 sponsorship target

£150 can pay for one of our Getting Started sessions for up to 10 centre visitors, helping to support with thoughts, emotions and worries before, during and after any cancer treatment.

Option 2 - 18-20 miles (approximate)

Time: 6pm arrival for 6.30pm start, 6.15pm arrival for 6.45pm start.

Route: There and back again (Maggie’s West London – Maggie’s Barts – Maggie’s West London)

£250 sponsorship target

£240 could help pay for a six-week bereavement course, led by our psychologists to support our centre visitors to dealing with loss; helping to find a way to start moving forward.
