About this Event

Welcome to the London Meed Primary School Mindfulness After School Club! Join us for a relaxing and fun session of creative art mindfulness activities every Tuesday for 10 weeks of the spring term starting on Tuesday 13th January and finishing on Tuesday 24th March, at 3.15- 4.15pm.

This event will take place at London Meed Primary School and is for a maximum of 12 children in years 1,2,3,4,5 and 6. The club will be facilitated by a qualified child therapist.

At mindfulness club children will learn techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and promote overall well-being. Your child can come and unwind with us after a long day at school!

By signing up via Eventrbite you have apid a £10 deposit and will be invoiced for the remaining payment of £80 on 16th December.
