Demand for food has skyrocketed as a result of the cost-of-living crisis, so donations are needed now more than ever. At our in-store food collection, your mission, is to help generate more cupboard food items for FareShare  and the charities we support! ​​
Gather your team mates and we will match you to your local Tesco store.  The challenge is to encourage shoppers to add specific food items to their shopping basket with their shop and donate at a donation point. This will  help us to collect more long-life food which complements the fresh surplus we receive. ​​
​​If your feeling competitive, why not go head-to-head with your fellow colleagues across multiple Tesco stores? ​
The team with the most food at their donation point will be declared the winner!​​
Ahead of the day you will be given a virtual mission launch, and receive everything you need to make your collection a success.​​
This is a fantastic way of creating a tangible impact through volunteering  and building relationships within your team by working together to  maximise food donations!​
