Individual workshops £50 pp
9:00-11:00 pranayama, inversions & spinal mobility with Catie
11-11:30 break: water and freshly roasted coffee provided
11:30-13:30 functional movement (yoga & mat pilates), inversions and yoga nidra with Sylvia
13:30-15:30 lunch & photoshoot
15:30-17:30 handstands with Catie & Sylvia
