This immersive one-day workshop is designed to
introduce you to the sacred art of Gong playing,
blending technique with intuitive mastery,
and aligning with the powerful legacy of Gong Master Don Conreaux.

🔹 Volume Control & Sensitivity – Creating dynamic and harmonious soundscapes

🔹 Gong Yoga & Meditation – Integrating Gong into breathwork and consciousness practices
🔹 Holding Space – Guiding powerful Gong Baths for individuals and groups

Joanna has Co-created Lake of Frequency Gong Master Training with Don Conreaux, Yaelle Eloul Shaphir Lac (Nanaki Joy Conreaux) with collaborations from world renowned singers Laboratorium Piesni and Wachlarze Bojowe.
GongFree as seen previously in Om and Bass Wellness Festival with Yoga against Trafficking, Om Yoga Magazine, OM Yoga Show, Time Out, Evening Standard, Ham and high etc. Offering CMA, IGCT, IAOTH accredited training following and honouring Dons legacy.
