We’ll begin with a relaxed 30-minute community walk through the city before heading back to The Folly for 30 minutes of dancing with our live DJ, live percussion, amazing coffee and the most uplifting atmosphere.
No alcohol. No pressure. No experience needed.
Just music, movement, connection and a room full of people choosing joy before the working day begins.
