JOIN US ON SATURDAY MARCH 8th for a 3-HOUR breathwork journey brought to you by SoulShine & Lomi Ha practitioners, Benj Spound and Maria Carvalho Sandoval.During this intimate journey, there will be nourishing tea, meditation & centering with the heartbeat drum, follower by a powerful breathwork journey. This is Hawaiian style breathwork - transformative, full of love, and passed on through Hawaiian lineage. It is known as the Lomi Ha breath.
With the Lomi Ha breath, each participant will choose an intention & breathe it into reality. This work can be very effective in healing from trauma, clearing out old patterns & bringing your life into alignment with your soul’s purpose.
The practitioners, Benj & Maria, will hold a safe container for this experience, offering hands-on bodywork & energy healing to help with the release process, for anyone who wishes to receive that support. Snacks will be provided at the conclusion of the ceremony to ensure physical grounding & nourishment at departure.
