6 HOUR HIKE ON MOUNTAIN AND RIVER TERRAIN.This is a wet walk. There will a combination of mountain hiking and river walking. Bring a spare pair of trainers for the river if you dont want to get your boots wet.(no sandals or flipflops).
You should have food and drinks for at least 6 hours.
Good fitness and balance required.
